Pest control service process
SMART Exterminators will help control a host of pests in any home, business, or property in Northeast Ohio. We will work with you to assess the level and type of infestation and come up with a plan to control pests in your home. The first step in the service process is a thorough inspection. We will do a comprehensive inspection of the interior and exterior of your property and provide you with any information relevant to past, present, and future pest problems. This information will be placed into documentation for the customer to keep and have for reference. We will discuss costs, procedures, and preventative measures. As well as potential health risks for the particular pest you are dealing with. After a thorough evaluation, we’ll move on to servicing your property.
What does a service entail?
We will carry out the treatment as prescribed and planned to suit your specific pest control needs. We target the specific areas where the pest problem is with cutting-edge treatment processes and procedures to ensure we achieve control in the least time possible. After treatment, we’ll discuss with you what we found, areas that were treated, and precautions you will need to take over the following hours and days. We will also outline further steps you’ll need to take such as areas that need to be vacuumed and cleaned.
